Custom weathervane for Ms Kylie Cuthill, Victoria, Australia.
(Notes: The mythical winged colt, symbolic of spirit flight. One of my quirks: Weathervanes are hollow-bodied and I treat them as "time capsules." In every weathervane I've ever made I write something -- a political statement, random thought, dedication to a lost pet, etc. Since this weathervane was going to fly in the Australian sky I wrote in it a fitting dedication to the late Steve Irwin: "Let your spirit fly, mate.")
